
Matt Kingdon is respected for his efforts in promoting innovation throughout hundreds of companies. He is the co-founder, director and the chief enthusiastic of ?What if! and has also co-authored the hugely successful ‘Sticky Wisdom’ and ‘How to have a creative revolution’. Matt is an internationally renowned speaker and innovation practitioner, recently speaking at Innotown and Fortune’s Leadership Forum. He is going to explain us what ? What If! nowadays is doing and he will contribute with his personal vision about innovation and the next steps in the world of business.
Matt co-founded ?What If! in 1992 with Dave Allan. Today ?What If! Is one of the world’s largest independent innovation company, they have offices in Shanghai, London, Manchester, New York and Sydney. The 300 strong team work with over 195 the world’s most respected organisations all over the world, helping them release the creative potential of their people, products and brands. ?What If! were also awarded the ‘Best Place to Work’ award for 2 years consecutively in 2004 & 2005 by the Financial Times.
Matt Kingdon graduated from Durham University (Law and Economics Honours) joining Unilever in 1985. He worked in Lever’s Brothers (Unilever Detergent subsidy) new product development unit. He moved to Thailand for a brief spell managing emergent brands and finally returned to the UK as Marketing Manager for diverse countries like Myanmar, Saudi Arabia and the Dominican Republic.
